Why I’m Sharing This Practice
In 2018, during my first Vipassana course, I discovered the beauty of silence. Over time, through meditation and Kriya Yoga techniques, something within me began to change, gently and deeply.
These practices slowly brought a sense of calm and contentment that no longer depended on circumstances.
I share this practice online not as a teacher above others,
but as someone who has been helped profoundly and wishes to pass it on.
